About the Client
Our client is very well known in the education sector and is offering an exciting project initiative with the goal is to establish a robust platform that optimises self-service functionalities.
About the Role
This role will be working as part of a cross-functional team, creating intuitive digital experiences using Salesforce technologies.
Spanning the entire product design process, including research, prototyping, detailed design, and user testing, ensuring high-quality outcomes for users. Leveraging existing UX/UI frameworks, you’ll deliver consistent, user-centered solutions while contributing to evolving design systems. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, developers and stakeholders to transform complex user needs into scalable, cohesive experiences.
This role requires 3 days on site per week in Melbourne.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in delivering accessible product design and UX/UI artefacts, through phases such as research, prototyping, and testing. Experience working within WCAG guidelines, and on the Salesforce platform (for example designs for Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud and OmniStudio technologies) will be well regarded.
Enterprise experience and experience integrating with Salesforce required.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with some experience using or contributing to design systems and documentation.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and adapt to feedback from peers and stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work well in cross-functional teams and maintain positive relationships across an organisation.
Experience with user research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, user interviews) and a good understanding of applying insights to designs.
Ability to assist in the planning and facilitation of workshops with stakeholders.
Ability to self-manage priorities in changing environments and work on multiple tasks with broad oversight.
