Hi, I’m Lisa. I’m a Talent Agent at Aquent, specialising in freelance, contract and SOW workforce solutions.
My experience blends years of running a business in the advertising industry with my time as a Lifeline counsellor. Running a business gave me a deep appreciation for the commercial pressures my clients face, while my counselling background taught me how to truly listen, unpack complex human motivations, and support people through major transitions. I bring that same empathy and drive to recruitment—helping clients build high-performing teams with absolute confidence and helping talent find work they love.
