We are seeking an Client Solutions Manager (CSM) with a solid understanding of the agency landscape, a collaborative and innovative spirit, and comfortable working within a fast moving and entrepreneurial environment.

 

Based in Melbourne, the CSM will work with major brands to build strategic partnerships, drive growth, develop ROI-positive marketing strategies, and improve performance.

 

The successful applicant will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts, and will be tasked with nurturing relationships with advertising partners and their agencies, becoming an expert in their industry and their businesses, and leveraging the full range of solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with businesses to understand their objectives and develop solution strategy building on insights, crafting media plans, creative guidance and measurement recommendations.
  • Build key stakeholder relationships across matrix organisations, including C-suite and internal leaders, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping platform strategy and feeding back the needs of a variety of businesses within the consumer packaged goods, automotive and restaurants categories.
  • Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients.
  • Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers.
  • Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time recommendations).
  • Project Management: Manage complex work streams to optimise marketing objectives for clients.

 

Skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management or in marketing, media, and/or consulting.
  • Communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies.
  • Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail.
  • Experience working independently and in a team setting
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and growth
