- Day rate: $900 – $1000 (depending on experience).

Drive design consistency and scalability as our Senior Product Designer – Design Systems.
You’ll be a key player in a dedicated Design Systems team, collaborating with a larger Creative group on innovative product development.
Role Overview
Lead the creation and evolution of our Design System, ensuring a consistent and exceptional UI/UX across web and mobile platforms. Partner with design and engineering teams, mentor designers, and champion Design System adoption.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Design System creation, implementation, and evolution.
- Ensure consistent UI/UX across web and mobile products.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams.
- Mentor and guide other designers.
- Drive Design System adoption.
- Contribute to design process improvements.
- Stay updated on design trends and technologies.
- Advocate for accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design.
What You’ll Bring
Extensive Product/UI design, with a focus on Design Systems.
- Expert Figma proficiency.
- Solid understanding of front-end principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Proven leadership in Design System implementation.
- Deep understanding of WCAG.
