Are you ready to reimagine ecommerce from the ground up?

We’re partnering with a high-profile agency known for its award-winning work with standout clients. They’ve recently kicked off a large-scale digital transformation project and are building a specialist team to help shape what’s next for a large e-commerce brand.

We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer to join a high-impact transformation project focused on redefining the digital shopping experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping a new platform that’s designed for modern users, with a focus on usability, innovation, and long-term scalability.

What we’re looking for

• Significant experience in UX for ecommerce or large-scale digital products
• Strong skills in complex information architecture and multi-path user journeys
• Ability to translate business rules, stakeholder needs, and user goals into intuitive experiences
• Familiarity with ecommerce best practices, but also the imagination to go beyond them
• Clear, confident communication skills, especially when engaging with senior stakeholders
• A strong working knowledge of Figma and experience delivering production-ready designs and documentation
