  • 12 month contract with the potential to extend
  • Hybrid working structure – 3 days on-site in CBD, 2 days work-from-home
  • $385 daily rate + super (equivalent to approx. 95K + super)

 

Rare opportunity for a Sales Development Representative with a background in cold calling and achieving sales KPI’s to support a thriving team in a leading global SaaS organisation.

 

What you’ll be doing:

 

  • Qualifying leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contacting potential customers through cold calls and emails
  • Identifying customer needs and determine if the customer needs customer care or sales
  • Setting up meetings and calls between customers and Account Executives
  • Staying up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing plans
  • Utilizing Salesforce and sales cadence management tools to effectively engage prospects

 

 

Experience you will need to be considered for this role:

 

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Previous experience using a CRM software
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPIs)
