· Project Management: Lead end-to-end production of integrated campaigns, delivering on time, on budget, and to brief.
· Campaign Delivery: Execute across digital channels (display, social, email, paid media) and pivot to support large-scale print and POS rollouts.
· Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the linchpin between creative, media, print, and internal teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
· Timeline & Workflow: Build and manage detailed timelines, ensuring smooth transitions between teams.
· Budget Oversight: Track and manage production budgets, provide accurate estimates, and oversee reconciliations.
· Quality Control: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and technical specs.
· Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential roadblocks to keep campaigns running smoothly.
· Supplier Management: Brief and coordinate with external partners including media agencies, printers, and digital production houses.

Other Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG, retail, or agency environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across digital, print, and in-store.
- Solid understanding of media channels and creative production processes.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a solutions-first mindset.
- Proficient with project management tools and collaborative workflows.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining consistent brand messaging.
