Their Online Services team sits at the heart of their digital transformation — driving strategy, innovation and performance across our online channels. Responsible for delivering seamless and engaging customer experiences across their websites and digital channels.

We are looking for a Senior Digital Content Producer to lead and elevate their content strategy and creation across key digital channels. You’ll be a subject matter expert in content design and production, helping to drive personalisation, conversion, and engagement across all touch points.

 

Client Description

  • Develop and execute digital content strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Lead the content team and liaise with business stakeholders and publishing partners
  • Optimise content for conversion, accessibility, SEO and user experience
  • Support the delivery of Personalisation and Headless Content programs
  • Manage content initiatives from concept to delivery and performance optimisation
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Technology teams on new features and enhancements

Requirements:

  • Generate compelling, task-driven content for websites, eDMs, Online Shop and campaigns
  • Lead content planning, audience segmentation and personalisation initiatives
  • Optimise content performance through research, testing and insights
  • Maintain content lifecycle processes to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Advocate for content best practice in accessibility, SEO, UX and design
  • Advise internal stakeholders on content resource planning and capacity
  • Support the Senior Manager, Content & Publishing on broader strategic priorities

Other Requirements

 

  • 5+ years in digital content creation and leadership roles
  • Outstanding copywriting and editorial skills across platforms
  • Expertise in UX writing, SEO principles, and conversion optimisation
  • Experience with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, eCommerce platforms) & Headless Content
  • Strong conceptual thinking and business acumen
  • Exceptional attention to detail and stakeholder management
  • Proven ability to lead content projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
