We are seeking a world-class Content Design Producer. This opportunity is for a communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver end-to-end design across media types, screens, formats and technologies.
This individual should have experience as a Producer and/or Project Manager leading content design projects, including defining and creating clear scopes of work, timelines and deliverables. The skills to lead multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on time, communicate clearly, and relentlessly uphold the company’s creative vision will come naturally to you. You are highly organised, proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable. You can ‘see around the corner’ and identify communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges. Prior experience in international organisations, managing communications with cross-functional partners and external vendors is a plus.
The assets that we create span across design, photography, motion, typography and illustration and having demonstrable experience and knowledge of best practices working across all mediums is essential.
Other Requirements
- Proven experience in creative production with a focus on design, illustration, and motion projects
- Strong background working in creative agencies or in-house design departments
- Ability to translate creative intent and guide it through execution with internal and external partners
- Experience managing international brands and multi-language, culturally relevant content
- Exceptional project documentation, organisation, and communication skills
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting
- Ability to manage complex timelines across global time zones
- Experience with usage rights and business affairs processes is a plus
