We are on the lookout for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join a dynamic Brand & Marketing team—one of five key teams within the Future Students and Marketing portfolio. This role is instrumental in driving student recruitment, brand engagement, and campaign optimisation through marketing automation.
As part of a team focused on high-impact campaigns across multiple channels, you will lead an integrated lead generation and nurture strategy that supports prospective students throughout their decision-making journey.
Client Description
- Build and optimise dynamic email campaigns, landing pages, and user journeys in Oracle Eloqua.
- Design and deliver automation workflows that improve engagement, drive conversion, and enhance the student experience.
- Interpret performance data to deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and manage dashboards, report on KPIs, and provide updates to key stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Admissions, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail, organisation, and prioritisation.
- Proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and suggest creative, innovative solutions that drive campaign effectiveness.
Other Requirements
- Extensive knowledge and technical understanding of Oracle Eloqua Marketing Cloud.
- Highly analytical mindset, with proven experience in delivering insights and reporting that improve customer experience and inform decision-making.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills to effectively execute marketing automation activities.
- A systems-oriented approach, with confidence using CRM platforms and marketing automation technologies to achieve measurable marketing outcomes.
- Ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently, exercising sound judgement, initiative, and ownership over responsibilities.
- A creative and innovative thinker who brings fresh ideas and challenges the status quo.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment—adaptable, proactive, and reliable.
