What you will do

• Take ownership of problems end to end, from discovery through to operating solutions in production
• Build software that teachers and students use every day
• Work across product, platform, or exploratory projects depending on your strengths and interests
• Collaborate closely with a talented team that values curiosity, creativity, and delivery
• Stay hands-on while continuously learning new technologies and ways of working

What we are looking for

• A senior engineer who is known as the “go-to” person in their current team
• Broad technical skills and the ability to work across the stack
• Strong product sense and interest in how your work impacts end users
• Tenacity and resourcefulness to work through roadblocks and get things done
• Clear communicator who works well with others and enjoys sharing knowledge
• Experience with modern web technologies such as TypeScript, Ruby, or Rust. Above all, the ability to learn fast
