This is a highly visible role where you’ll work closely with sales leaders to uncover insights, improve performance, and help shape smarter, data-driven commercial decisions. You’ll sit at the intersection of sales, data, and strategy, helping teams prioritise opportunities, improve conversion, and drive measurable growth.

If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and influencing real business outcomes, this is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable and transferable experience in a fast-moving global environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Use Salesforce and Tableau to uncover insights, optimise sales performance, and support smarter decision-making
  • Analyse sales pipelines, leads, and account data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting and insights to sales teams and leadership
  • Help improve sales processes, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Support account assignments and ensure data accuracy across CRM systems
  • Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to enable smoother operations and better commercial outcomes
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in how the business tracks, measures, and drives performance

What you’ll bring

  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
  • Experience using Salesforce and Tableau
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Interest in sales operations, analytics, or commercial strategy

Nice to have:

  • Experience with SQL, Python, QlikSense, or similar analytics tools

Why this role is worth considering

  • Work closely with experienced sales leaders and gain exposure to regional strategy
  • Play a meaningful role in improving sales performance and commercial outcomes
  • Build highly valuable skills in data, analytics, and sales operations
  • Join a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team
  • Opportunity to gain experience within a globally recognised technology environment
