About Gabi Lowe

The journey that Gabi Lowe and her family fought for four years and, sadly in 2015 at the age of 20, the tragic loss of her eldest daughter, Jenna Lowe, precipitated a complete career change for Gabi Lowe and she became a professionally qualified integral Personal and Leadership Development coach.

Gabi launched The Coaching Nest and then, with Pippa Shaper, who also endured significant loss in her family life, they collaborated and created the Ten R's Model for Authentic Resilience. Together they launched The Resilience Factory in early 2018.

Gabi brings the ability to process emotional complexity developed over many years of dealing with adversity, challenge and deep personal loss. The result is a coaching method built on a depth of life experience, compassion, courage and insight that offers a unique and powerful roadmap on the journey of self-development, personal resilience and conscious leadership allowing people to lead an authentic and full life.

Gabi is the author of best seller “Get Me To 21” – a raw and gripping story, about a mother's fight to keep Jenna alive.
