As an HR Executive within the recruitment sector and with more than 16 years experience at Aquent, my role is looking after all things regarding our people. This includes ongoing hiring of great recruiters, managers and salespeople; inducting, onboarding, supporting and developing diverse training and development plans to ensure all our employees reach their full potential. My role involves WHS, HR policies and procedures, immigration, headcount planning, staff benefits and a diverse range of ongoing projects driving employee engagement and ensuring we embed our four values in everything we do.
Resourceful, self-motivated and with a high level of integrity, I would be described as caring and loyal, but at the same time having strong business acumen and understanding of what success means. Adaptable, flexible and able to wear a number of hats is what I love about my role. My sense of humour and ability to laugh at myself and see the funny side of life definitely keeps me sane.
An avid bush camper, slow cooker queen and a mum and wife (who drives her boys nuts daily), you will find me “trying” my zumba moves, puzzling, scrapbooking and reading on my kindle.
