My focus is to encourage a continuous learning, collaborative environment and nurture our Talent Agents' knowledge within key digital disciplines from Marketing, Production, Development, Analytics to Cyber Security.
I am a commercially-minded seasoned manager with over 20 years International experience of strategically growing businesses. I bring the business acumen to collaborate with our clients, streamline complexity, roadmap flexible processes to deliver solutions with a positive customer experience. Part of Aquent values is to never do business with a stranger, and this has been the key to my successful career. My ethos is to be genuine, empathetic, flexible and keep enjoying building and sharing knowledge and adding value at all touch points to Aquent's community.
Life is busy away from the office with two beautiful teenage daughters who keep me on my toes, and constantly tell me to turn the music down!! I'm known for not sitting still, and keep active by walking my dog, kick boxing, gym / boot camp and of course may be known to have a dance at the weekend.
