About
I have the great pleasure of leading Aquent's Design and Technology recruitment team in Australia, helping my team to devise sales and recruitment strategies aimed at building on their candidate and client networks. My day-to-day involves coaching and mentorship, devising strategies for team and individual growth, identifying new business opportunities and implementing effective recruitment processes. Originally from London, I started my career in advertising working with media agencies and corporate clients to manage Out of Home campaigns across the UK, before relocating to Sydney and entering the world of recruitment. Initially representing a boutique agency servicing the financial services sector, my passion for the digital and creative industries led me to join Aquent, a global leader in providing digital marketing, creative and development talent. Outside of work you'll find me watching or playing football (proper football, that you play with your feet) or binge-watching documentaries on Netflix.
