What we are looking for in a candidate:
- 4+ years providing customer facing technical support (Web-based products or e-commerce preferred)
- Must be proficient with analysing log files and standard debugging concept.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to complex technical problems
- Ability to work with high-value customer administrators and developers
- Must have knowledge of and experience in incident, problem, and change management as well as knowledgebase management, defect & escalation management.
Qualification & Experience
- Experience working with dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS and Jelly.
- Experience working in Java or similar backend programming language
- Experience and understanding of object-oriented design
- Knowledge of with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle
- Working knowledge of the components in a web applications stack
- Familiarity with Linux, UNIX or other OS
