This is a fabulous opportunity to work with one of the world’s top business software companies, supporting the development and execution of content and campaigns that nurture, and retain customers in emerging markets.

 

Customer-focused and passionate about delighting customers at every touch point they have with the business, you will be valued for your deep customer empathy, and ability to relate marketing messaging to the customer problem.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Build highly relevant messaging and experiences across the customer lifecycle, and through content that engages customers, increasing active use and retention.
  • Leverage data and conduct customer research to understand the needs of customers
  • Develop new initiatives through deep customer empathy and rapid experimentation
  • Exhibit a passion for owning the end-to-end customer experience – collaborating with key stakeholders across functions to drive business results for both the short and long term
  • Localise and extend messaging across multiple markets in multiple languages
  • Leverage cross-channel tactics and marketing automation to communicate with customers effectively and efficiently
  • Work closely with cross functional teams and leverage internal and external best practices to drive experimentation and deliver awesome experiences for customers

 

 

Skills & Experience required:

  • 3-5 years leading marketing campaigns with customer/ lifecycle marketing experience
  • Effective communicator – a talent for distilling the product benefits that address customer pain points and crafting a relatable messaging journey that communicates those benefits to the customer
  • Data-driven with extensive experience using data and insights to inform campaign strategies and ensure activities are measured, evaluated, and optimised to meet business objectives
  • Understanding of marketing automation frameworks and platforms (Eloqua)
  • Experience in delivering automated campaigns preferred.
  • Excellent creative problem-solving skills, ability to glean insights, develop a vision and make it come to life with actionable plans
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
