Digital UI Designer

Overview

As a Digital UI Designer within our client’s design team to not just craft interface but you’ll define the digital identity for an audience of millions. You will be the bridge between visionary strategy and functional, high-impact digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design Excellence: Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and designs for web and mobile using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Systems & Accessibility: Champion responsive design and ensure all outputs meet WCAG accessibility standards and brand guidelines.
• Technical Collaboration: Partner with developers and agencies to maintain design integrity from initial concept through to CMS implementation.
• Project Leadership: Lead digital projects end-to-end, serving as a subject matter expert in design workshops and critiques.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Experience in digital design/communications within large, complex organisations.
• Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Human-Centric Mindset: Deep understanding of HCD principles and responsive design systems.
• Strategic Communication: The ability to rationalize design decisions to stakeholders and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and a “mobile-first” approach.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
