Our client began as a kids’ smartwatch business is now transforming into a software-led family safety platform, spanning devices, connectivity, and subscription services.

With a recently relaunched app now stabilised and performing competitively against global players, the business is entering an exciting growth phase—focused on subscription growth, customer retention, and international expansion across markets including the UK and Europe.

Client Description

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the team and play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across growth, product marketing, content, and brand.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—perfect for someone early in their career (around 1–2 years’ experience) who thrives on organisation, collaboration, and getting things done.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across product, eCommerce, mobile, and creative to bring campaigns to life across multiple channels.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns across growth, product marketing, and content
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign calendars
  • Support launch planning across app, retail, and mobile (SIM plans)

CRM & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and execute EDM campaigns
  • Build and update landing pages
  • Support digital campaigns across paid and owned channels
  • Assist with Shopify and marketplace promotional activity

Content & Asset Management

  • Coordinate development and distribution of marketing collateral
  • Maintain asset libraries and ensure brand consistency
  • Support social media scheduling, blog content, and announcements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Customer Experience, eCommerce, and mobile teams
  • Coordinate inputs for product launches and campaigns
  • Support internal communications and go-to-market readiness

Marketing Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain campaign trackers, documentation, and workflows
  • Support agency and vendor coordination
  • Assist with performance reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking

Other Requirements

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing campaign role
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially curious with a desire to learn and grow
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with CRM/EDM platforms, CMS tools, or Shopify is a bonus
