Aquent has partnered with a well-established, small e-commerce brand that’s recently expanded into America.
As Marketing Manager, you’ll manage 2 agencies and freelancers and help create a strong brand identity as the business continues to grow. It’s a role that is both strategic and hands-on with content and campaign delivery. It’s a full-time, permanent position in South East Vic, WFH 1 day a week, offering $130-150k + Super.
Requirements
- Marketing leadership experience in a small, fast-paced online retail or wholesale business is essential
- Hands-on marketer, leading end-to-end digital campaigns, owning campaign calendars and product launches (B2C & B2B)
- A storyteller with an eye for design to create a strong brand identity and evaluate creative work from agency partners
- Strong copywriting background to oversee, edit and push back on social media, email and web assets delivered from agencies
- Great communication and leadership skills to manage external agency relationships
- Comfortable in a small, founder-led business
- Experience in either a consumer, premium or lifestyle category is ideal
