Client: Experiential Creative Agency
Role: Perm Full Time
Location: Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane (Fully Remote) – Must live on the east coast of Australia with full working rights.
Salary: $75-90k + super – Heavily dependant on experience

Our client is an experiential design agency, creatively driven and results-focused. They work at the intersection of branding, retail and consumer experience. They collaborate with Australia’s biggest names in FMCG and retail to bring powerful brand stories to life – across events, digital, print, social and experience.

The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a Mid-Senior Designer who lives and breathes design thinking. You’ll have a flair for concept development, a sharp eye for detail and a portfolio that turns heads. This role calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident with client interaction and is highly skilled at delivering commercially designed experiences across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-level concepts across branding, packaging, print and digital campaigns
  • Design and deliver exceptional presentations, mood boards and style guides
  • Create digital assets for social, web, and email platforms
  • Roll out campaigns and branding across experiential events and activations
  • Collaborate directly with clients and suppliers
  • Deliver polished finished art files and oversee quality assurance on final assets

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house studio (FMCG or retail a must)
  • Strong conceptual thinker with an elevated, commercial aesthetic
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign – 3D skills a bonus!
  • Finished Art experience, in preparing files for print and setting up artwork for suppliers
  • Experience working to brand Guidelines, preferably retail or FMCG
  • Clear communication skills and the confidence to present and justify creative ideas
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and stay creatively motivated in a remote setup
  • A portfolio that demonstrates branding excellence, digital polish, and sharp print execution.
