We’re partnering with one of the world’s largest beverages companies to find a talented mid-weight designer to join their APAC team. With a portfolio of over 400 brands spanning some of the most iconic names in the industry, this is a genuinely exciting opportunity to work on well-loved consumer brands with real reach across Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
The role
This is a newly created position sitting at the heart of a regional marketing team of around 20 people. You’ll be the creative link between the local APAC business and the global design team, working closely with brand managers and regional stakeholders to bring briefs to life across a diverse brand portfolio.
It’s a role that rewards autonomy. You’ll manage your own workload, navigate multiple stakeholders across different time zones, and deliver consistently strong creative output without a lot of hand-holding.
What you’ll be doing
- Interpreting and executing design briefs across a broad range of brands and categories
- Collaborating with local brand managers and an APAC-based creative lead
- Liaising with the US-based design team and regional stakeholders in Asia
- Working across packaging, digital, and marketing collateral
- Collateral includes digital, print, branding and packaging work
What we’re looking for
- Around 3-5 years of design experience, ideally with brand or packaging in your background
- Strong creative and conceptual skills alongside solid technical ability
- Someone who can engage confidently with stakeholders and work with a degree of independence
- A team player who’s comfortable operating across cultures and time zones
Who we’re looking for
This role is not for a specialist. We need a true all-rounder, someone whose portfolio tells a story of versatility. We want to see that you’ve turned your hand to a bit of everything, print, digital, campaigns, packaging, social, and that you can do it all to a high standard. If your book is full of just one thing, this probably isn’t the right fit.
