Our client is Baby retailer in West Melbourne and is seeking support from a Senior Designer across campaign rollout including EDM’s and digital and print assets. In need of a designer highly skilled with retail experience, technically skilled across print and digital campaign work and adept at work to a fast cadence. Able to be onsite in West Melbourne 2-3 days per week. Conceptual skills highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality layouts for both digital and print materials.
• Create engaging digital designs for social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Collaborate effectively within a small team environment, contributing to brainstorming sessions and providing constructive feedback.
• Advocating for their own creative input, proactively leading the creative process and delivering quality market-leading results.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining brand consistency.
• Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas from initial brief to final execution.

Requirements

•  5+ years of professional experience in a graphic design role.
• Proven experience in concept development, campaign ideation, layout design and digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating successful past projects and a high level of technical skill.
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a small team environment. Please provide examples of this experience in your application.
